1. Are your products authentic? 

    • All our products are 100% genuine and have been sourced directly from brands or authorized distributors. We meticulously authenticate and trace the origin of each item, ensuring it comes with the original tag intact. Our products include the warranty card and tags.
  2. What is the turnaround time for processing and shipping orders? 

    • Your order will be processed within 1-2 working days. For delivery, you can anticipate receiving your package in about 3 business days within the EU, 5-7 business days in the USA, and 6-7 business days outside the USA/EU.

  3. How do you handle returns and refunds? 

    • To initiate a return, you have a 14-day window from the date of your shipment delivery.
    • Please email info@frannyboutique.com and provide us with your complete order details, reason for the return, and the item's condition (opened or unopened) along with its tags and labels.
    • We will then supply you with a return label for sending the item to our warehouse. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund.
